Nature of the content
The information here is general guidance about bathroom and laundry renovations on the Northern Beaches. It is not a quote, and it is not building, waterproofing, planning, legal or financial advice for your property.
References to waterproofing standards, strata approvals, exempt development, asbestos, bushfire-prone land, flood and coastal hazards, and NSW home building law are summaries. They can change and depend on the property. Check with Northern Beaches Council, your owners corporation or strata manager, NSW Fair Trading, SafeWork NSW or an appropriate professional before relying on them.
Enquiries are not contracts
An enquiry is a request to be contacted. It does not form a contract, reserve a start date or commit you to anything.
A contract for renovation work is made between you and the licensed builder who quotes it. Northern Beaches Bathroom Renovations is not a party to it.
Cost figures
Price ranges on the cost page and elsewhere are indicative 2026 planning guides only. The price for your job is set by a written quote after a measure and by the signed contract.
Products
Comments about tiles, grout, membranes, vanities and fittings are general. Manufacturer instructions, specifications and warranties for the actual products installed prevail.
