Northern Beaches Bathroom Renovations takes enquiries from homeowners, unit owners and landlords across the peninsula, arranges a measure, and connects the job with the licensed builder who quotes it and carries it out.
We are not the builder. The builder is named below, and you should check their paperwork.
The builder
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request.
With the licence number in hand, search the NSW Fair Trading register. It shows the holder, class, status and any conditions.
Why the site is written around the coast
Because the conditions here are what make bathrooms fail. Salt air pits fittings. Humidity breeds mould in rooms with poor ventilation. Sand wears grout and scratches screens. Fibro cottages hide asbestos. Walk-up units leak into the neighbour below. Bushland suburbs have window rules the beachfront does not.
A generic Sydney renovation page does not deal with any of that. The pages on waterproofing, tiling and vanities are written for it.
The area
All of it sits within Northern Beaches Council, but it is far from uniform: apartments in Dee Why, flats and holiday units in Manly, family homes in Mona Vale, fibro cottages and lagoon streets in Narrabeen and Collaroy, bushland split levels in Frenchs Forest, and cottages and investor units around Brookvale.

How it works
A free measure, an itemised written quote with fittings named and the tile allowance stated, a program in working days with membrane cure time included, and progress payments tied to completed stages.
