We collect personal information you provide through the enquiry form, by phone, by message or during a measure. Typically: name, phone, email, suburb, whether the property is a house or unit, a description and photos of the room, and documents you choose to share, such as strata by-laws, a planning certificate or an asbestos report.
Calls to our number may be recorded or logged for routing and follow-up.
We do not ask for bank, card, tax file or identity details through this website. Please do not send them.
Purpose
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare a quote and communicate about the resulting renovation.
Disclosure
As a referral website, we pass enquiry details to the licensed builder we work in partnership with, so they can contact you, measure and quote. What you later share with the builder directly is handled under their own privacy arrangements.
For some projects, relevant information may also be shared with people involved in the work, such as a licensed asbestos assessor or removalist, a waterproofing certifier or your strata manager, and with government bodies where required by law.
Service providers
We use third-party platforms for web hosting, forms, call handling and customer records. They process information for us under their own security arrangements. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Security and retention
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Information is kept while it is needed for the enquiry, any project and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
